Working Remotely – Freedom in the Hospitality Industry

As organizations move back to having their associates work in their offices either full or part-time, some in our industry would like to continue working remotely and maintain their freedom in the hospitality industry.

For me, working remotely was only part of the reason for pursuing my dream of being in business for myself in an industry that I have experience and expertise. My decision was based on the desire to take control of my life, career and to have unlimited earning potential.

It was scary at first thinking I was leaving the security of being a corporate employee, but what I found on the other side was even more security as I was now in control of my own destiny. This was possible with the help of good coaches, mentors, and a dedicated support group.

In addition, the following are a few books that are on my office shelf and have helped me on my journey:

Making Money Is Killing Your Business – Chuck Blakeman
The One Thing – Gary Keller
Building a Story Brand – Donald Miller
Millionaire in Flip Flops – Sue Cooper
Steve Jobs: The Man Who Thought Different – Walter Isaacson
The Millionaire Real Estate Agent – Gary Keller

After 15 years in this entrepreneurial model, I have helped over one hundred (100) individuals make the transition successfully from employee to entrepreneur in control of their life. From my experience, it is not a leap after little thought, but a strategic move with a roadmap to success. You need a coach, mentor, support group and someone who has traveled the path before you to lead you through the process…I can be your guide.

Let’s schedule time to talk so I can learn more about your dreams.
