New Year, New You in the Hospitality Industry

As we begin a new decade, you may be one of the many who are looking to make a career change in the hospitality industry…but do not know how to do it. First, it is important for you to align with an organization that helps individuals make the transition from employee to entrepreneur / small business owner. Search for a full-service meeting management company with a strong brand reputation and recognition in the industry.

Second, in order to jump start your career and ensure your success, you will want to be a part of a successful team. This will give you access to the knowledge and mentorship from those who have successfully traveled the path before you.

Finally, you want to ensure you have a dedicated coach and mentor that is directly tied to your success.

If change is in your future, you have a lot to consider. Over the last 15+ years of my career, I have assisted over 100 people through this process and hope these points I shared will help you on this new and exciting time in your career.
